I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, extensive experience in mental health, substance abuse & spiritual issues as a Chaplain/Pastoral Counselor. I hold two Masters Degrees: Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care/Counseling & Master of Education in Counseling/Guidance. Worked over 10 years with adults & now am expanding into work with children/adolescents. As a psychotherapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I treat a wide range of sexual, relationship and intimacy issues. I work with individuals and couples. Sex is one of the deepest and most powerful experiences we have and it can also be a source of great stress and shame when things do not go as smoothly as we would like. Cultural messages and biases can further compound these issues. I provide a safe and nonjudgemental environment for individuals or couples to discuss these issues.

I am a licensed professional counselor at Integrative Health Services, LLC with 15 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, career challenges, ADHD, self-esteem, and trauma. I am a Registered Play Therapist who uses play therapy techniques to help children cope with stressful circumstances and life issues. I have a background working in the school systems and foster care helping children and teens cope with stressful circumstances and behavioral issues.

I have the privilege of working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating various challenges in their lives. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy and Neurofeedback. I have a particular interest in OCD, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders.
