Together, we can navigate your journey towards healing and growth, If you are seeking support to manage stress, navigate life transitions, boost self-esteem, find motivation, cope with grief, or regulate emotions, I am here to help.
Navigating life's challenges can often feel overwhelming, especially given its unpredictability. Balancing responsibilities such as work, family, and social obligations can lead to stress, burnout, and anxiety. These challenges are not only emotionally taxing but can also impact physical health, making it difficult for people to find a way forward without support.

Perhaps you are at a crossroads, entering a new season, experiencing a setback, encountering a situation you never anticipated, dealing with the loss of a loved one or a job, dealing with a family member with mental illness, or everything looks good on the outside, but on the inside, you know something is off and you don't know what it requires of you.
Sometimes the next step begins with stopping with intention, truth, courage, and the willingness to take meaningful steps forward. Whether through life coaching, holistic therapy, or spiritual reflection, having a trusted professional can help you see what you can't when you are in the middle of life's circumstances. My style is to genuinely serve you.

Additionally, I hold a special interest in grief and loss work.
As a clinical social worker, I believe in our ability to make positive change happen in our own lives. I believe going to therapy is one way to do that. Therapy can be the catalyst for making a change in your life or it can be a soft place to land when an unexpected change has happened. Most often clients come to me for therapy with everyday life stressors, such as increased stress at work, school, or home. I often work with clients on developing healthier coping skills, setting stronger boundaries and learning to treat themselves with kindness. My approach leans heavily on CBT concepts, but I tailor my work to the individual.

Supporting women through the profound transitions of midlife means holding space for all of it: the confusion, the grief, the unexpected relief, and the possibility beginning to take shape.
You've spent years showing up for everyone else. Now you're in a season where the ground beneath you is shifting. The 40s, 50s, and 60s bring real change — evolving relationships, career pivots, empty nest, hormonal and health changes — but underneath all of it is something deeper: a woman reclaiming herself. Therapy can be the space where you finally get to explore that, without rushing, minimizing, or pretending you're "fine." You don't have to figure this out alone.

Grief Therapists
How long does therapy take for grief?
There is no exact timeline for grief counseling. Some people may start to feel better after just a few sessions, while others may take months or longer to feel relief. Some specific approaches, including some types of CBT, may involve a set number of sessions, or therapy may be open-ended until the patient determines they are ready to wrap up. Just as there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there is no right or wrong way to seek therapy for grief.

When should you seek therapy for grief?
Many people mistakenly believe that their grief needs to be debilitating or all-encompassing to warrant therapy. This is not the case. While people who experience severe, prolonged grief—particularly those who are considering self-harm or engaging in unhealthy substance use—are especially likely to benefit from therapy, so too are people whose grief is less intense but still interfering with well-being or daily functioning. In practice, almost anyone struggling to process a loss could benefit from grief counseling.

Can grief be managed without therapy?
Oftentimes, yes. Grief is a near-universal part of being human, and many find that their grief, while profound, does not stop them from participating in day-to-day life and steadily eases over time without outside help. For others, however, the harsh pain of early grief persists for months or years or leaves them unable to function. This group is especially likely to benefit from seeing a therapist, who can guide them through their grief and help them reconnect with the world.

What happens if grief is left untreated?
Because grief does not in itself necessitate therapy, untreated grief will often resolve on its own. However, for some people—particularly those who would qualify for a diagnosis of prolonged grief disorder—untreated grief can be a source of seemingly endless pain or lead them to withdraw from the world. In such cases, treatment can be indispensable, as it can help an individual adapt to the loss and start living again.
