My experience has been diverse and has brought to the place that I am now. I use a Client centered approach and believe in individualizing therapy for each of my Clients. One size does not fit all in the world of therapy. I view therapy as a form of self care and preventative health care. I try to change the perspective of mental health treatment and therapy and often work with Clients that are entering therapy for the first time.

Life’s problems, including mental health issues, are real, common, and treatable. Recovery is possible. In therapy with me, every single part of you is welcome. Our therapy sessions are a place for you to lay your burdens down and be refreshed and renewed. It's likely we will laugh a lot, and we may also cry. Each of us is different and multifaceted. I can be helpful to folks with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and grief experiences, addiction and co-dependency issues, parenting difficulties, sexual concerns, and career challenges. I work to establish a place where people can disclose and pursue their most personal challenges openly and truthfully. I understand the complex nature of these experiences and help individuals to improve their experiences in multiple areas of life. I have worked with persons who come from a wide expanse of socioeconomic status, sexual orientations, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

All are equal with needs specific and unique. I believe in the ongoing development and resilience of the human mind, body and spirit. I seek to help children, adolescents, and adults of all cultural backgrounds. Adapting to change, traumatic, and everyday experiences is critical.
