The Dallas Maryland Wellness Group, LLC is an organization that assists individuals, families, and groups with achieving personal balance employing the Six Dimensions of Wellness as the road map. We are the travel guides to personal exploration and discovery. Clients are encouraged to collect various souvenirs for use in life upon their return journey home. Clients may select as many, or as few, souvenirs along the journey. We suggest that Clients collect a few things that they want, and everything that they need. Lacey has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2009, and is a Counseling Supervisor with the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling of the State of Alabama. She received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the University of South Alabama. Lacey is a Master’s Addiction Counselor through NADDAC, currently a member of the Alabama Counseling Association and NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. In her counseling practice, she approaches therapy with her clients from a holistic standpoint, helping them identify their needs which relate to their emotional, psychological and relational health.

I provide outpatient counseling for adults, groups, families, adolescents, and children. I utilize person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies to assist patients in meeting their goals. I work with adolescents and adults and have experience working with both mental health and substance abuse issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a bachelor's degree from Mobile College and a master's degree from the University of Mobile. I received my bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Mobile. I also have a Masters of Science degree in Community Counseling from the University of South Alabama.I have experience working with substance abuse, personality disorders, in children and adolescents, adults of all ages with depression and anxiety. I also do anger management, stress reduction therapy, family therapy, marriage counseling, group, and individual therapy.
