Welcome to LPC Services ~ Your Behavioral Health Specialist. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescence, adults, and families who struggle with chemical/gambling addictions, mood disorders, risky behaviors, parenting concerns, and relationship matters. I provide individual, couples, & group counseling sessions Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm. Services can also be provided to help you fulfill the counseling mandates for your DHR matters, city/state/federal probation requirements, and employment/EAP requirements.

As an experienced therapist and a good listener,I most enjoy working with a client who is motivated to make some changes in his/her life, and who is willing to think in some new ways, as well as to attempt some new behaviors. I can easily support a client who is open, honest, and self-searching, rather than very defensive. I am usually able to help those with relationship issues to effect change, to help those with addictions and compulsions, and to help clients with depression, stress disorders, and anxiety disorders. I am also experienced in dealing with grief and loss issues.

Our practice was established in 2015 and we are here to help the community. I've been serving this community as a therapist for 13 years, and I am here to help you grow, heal, and change. I usually like to understand your story and life experiences that have led you to the place you are in at this moment, so that we can unroot some belief systems that have held you back from your full potential. I chose to go into the line of therapy because I wanted to help people. I realized that I had an interest and a talent for working with kids and teens. This is why I chose my speciality. I believe that they need a space where they can talk freely without fear of being judged. I work very hard on making my therapeutic space as inviting as possible as well as allow an open space for questions, comments, and/or concerns.

My goal as an LPC serving the Gulf Coast area is to help others live their "Best Life". We all experience ups and downs in life and can benefit from additional support sometimes. I have many years of experience in treating Depression, Stress, Trauma, Anxiety and Persons with Addictions. I also facilitate support groups and conduct training seminars within the community on a variety of issues to include critical incident debriefing, suicide prevention, crisis intervention and stress/anger management.

Lacey has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2009, and is a Counseling Supervisor with the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling of the State of Alabama. She received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the University of South Alabama. Lacey is a Master’s Addiction Counselor through NADDAC, currently a member of the Alabama Counseling Association and NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. In her counseling practice, she approaches therapy with her clients from a holistic standpoint, helping them identify their needs which relate to their emotional, psychological and relational health.
