I work with clients of all ages who are navigating life transitions, mood disorders, & relationship issues. I also provide therapy for individuals experiencing PTSD, grief, anger, substance use, disabilities, dual diagnoses, self-esteem struggles, & spiritual concerns.
I provide psychodynamic therapy, vocational couseling and CBT, while using other techniques as needed to best support you.
Before becoming a therapist, I provided social services for teens & adults with criminal records, fueling my commitment to second chances, resilience, and helping others move forward.
