I work with adults across the lifespan and am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex PTSD, depression, grief, and anxiety. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I value creating an inclusive space and enjoy working with neurodivergent clients.

My approach is person-centered and humanistic, incorporating self-compassion, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I am trained in EMDR and integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and Behavioral Activation to support your growth and healing.
