About

I believe my purpose is to connect with women, men, and young people in such a way that the trauma they have experienced no longer has a hold on them physically, emotionally, or spiritually. I support my clients through the process of defining who they are and who they want to become in healthy relationships with themselves and others. I am a partner with my clients as they embrace opportunities to be transformed. I help illuminate the intersection among race, class, gender, and trauma, and how this intersection shapes who we all are as evolving human beings.
I specialize in supporting survivors of relationship violence, sexual assault, and trauma. I offer trauma-informed approaches that are rooted in cultural-humility and evidence-based research. I offer spiritual guidance that promote healing and wholeness from within.
When you experience a trauma, it can feel like the safety and health of our relationships with ourselves and others is compromised. Victims of trauma question themselves and wonder where "they went wrong". The pain is consuming. I can help. I will listen. We both can work together to help you remember who you are and who you want to become as a survivor.
