I provide services that assist clients with growth and process through collaborative efforts. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I work with individuals, couples and families to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal, intrapersonal and relationship issues. I can work with clients on a weekly, biweekly or as needed basis dependent on client needs. I am accepting new clients and have scheduling flexibility in order to accommodate traditional and non-traditional schedules.
My promise is to provide effective services utilizing evidence-based person-centered approaches and adhering to the ethical standards of the National Association of Social Workers. I believe in honoring where a client is at in their journey. I work with people from different backgrounds and experiences in a collaborative effort to support client changes.
