Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am passionate about helping people move forward in their lives and from feeling stuck to being more aware of what is holding them back. I provide my clients with the tools to move forward and to face their fears and lack of belief in themselves. I use a non-judgmental space, allowing you to share concerns, set up goals and to find solutions. Are you feeling that you are not the person that you really can be? Are you anxious? Feeling limited? Are you making decisions that you keep on regretting, such as addictive behaviors? Are you unable to move past disappointing events or relationships? You no longer need to struggle alone.
My specialty is in the treatment of anxiety disorders; general, social, health, panic and OCD. My approach is a blend of psychodynamic therapy, ACT and mindfulness. These are therapy models designed to help the client understand their inner self, to be more empowered in their decisions and to help them move forward in life.
I believe in customizing the treatment approach to each individual client. I have profound admiration for my clients and am always grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their life’s journey. My goal is to work with you to improve and enhance your life.
