Welcome, and thank you for being here.
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, mood or anxiety issues, healing from trauma, career, academic difficulties or simply seeking a space to explore personal growth. I’m honored to walk alongside you. With a Master of Social Work and a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision. I bring both academic training and real-world experience to our work together. Over the past four years. I’ve supported children, teens, and adults through a wide range of mental health and rehabilitative challenges.
My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I believe that each person holds the capacity for growth, and together we’ll identify your strengths while gently exploring areas where you seek change. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and family
I honor and integrate the importance of spiritual and religious beliefs, advocacy for social justice, and the lived experience of racial trauma, particularly for BIPOC individuals. My aim is to create a safe, empowering space where you feel supported, seen, and equipped to co-create your path to wellness.
I look forward to working together!
