I am a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 1 year of experience. Specializing in trauma and its ripple effects on self-identity, I also support adults and couples facing challenges like anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I received my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, relational therapy, and positive psychology, depending on the unique needs of the client.
