I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing transitions in their life, whether it be stress, anxiety, or depression. Those that have been affected by trauma, find a safe haven here. Life's struggles do not have to overwhelm you. Teens are challenged daily by peers and stresses. My job is not to fix your problems but rather to help you discover your answers, without judgment. I offer different settings, based on your needs: traditional talk therapy, mindfulness methods or sharing amongst the horses and nature; the choice is yours. I invite you to pick up the phone and begin claiming your peace.
I use multiple methods to help you achieve your goals in therapy. Addressing behaviors and finding solutions is a common form, but sometimes you might need more, like dealing with past traumas, without having to relive them. Brainspotting is perfect in that situation, as is working with horses in equine therapy. You dictate the method to work for you.
Life's issues do not have to be burdensome. Social judgment does not have to determine your happiness. When you feel like no one understands you or what is going on in your life, here, you can share without fear, shame or guilt. Your dreams and goals are important, and so are you!
