My theoretical approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy model. That is, patterns of thoughts and actions are explored in order to better understand the client’s presenting circumstances. Counseling services are offered on an individual basis, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
I frequently integrate other theoretical approaches into evidence based theoretical models including motivational interviewing techniques, EMDR, ASAM, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, Harm Reduction, Codependency, Trauma Informed Care, and disruptive mood dysregulation disorders.
