Perhaps you are realizing that compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental support is what will brace you for the next steps in your personal journey. I am here. My collaborative therapeutic approach is rooted in mindful awareness and acceptance, informed by relational and attachment models, and guided by an appreciation of each person’s unique existential search for meaning. I aim to foster a space where you can engage in your present experience, show up as you are, and find awareness, choice, and support in the life that is in alignment with you and your true values.

I believe we all have the ability to heal and grow from our sources of wounding. I have a passion for working with those who suffer from the lasting effects of trauma. We can attend to issues of depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, codependency, and more that can arise from unresolved past experiences and current struggles.
As social creatures we are not equipped to go through struggles alone. We require relationships in order to learn and grow; therapy is a place to begin growing from. My approach is seeded in the knowledge that much of healing in therapy sprouts from the therapeutic relationship itself. We grow and heal within connection.
