I am a queer, non-binary artist, plant and animal lover! I work with a diverse clientele, including musicians, actors, comedians and artists. I specialize in the the LGBTQIA+ community and I offer gender affirming therapy. I also support those in open, polyamorous and non-traditional relationships. My main focus is to be a catalyst for my clients in their individualized development of new core capacities. Some of these core capacities include empathy, vulnerability, self-awareness, accountability and courage.
I use multiple therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Rogerian, Gestalt, Narrative, Hakomi, Experiential, and the Expressive Arts and embrace the concept of collaborativity in sessions. This co-creation is intended to encourage the client to actively assist in guiding the healing process, engaging in therapy as though it is their individual creative process.
I have training from The Hakomi Institute, a body-centered approach to psychotherapy. I have been studying psychology and the transformation process through the creative arts since 1995 and have been experimenting with various art forms since early childhood. I am currently accepting new clients for In Person.
