I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process in which the individual's experience is always unique. I believe that an individual should always feel safe and comfortable while pursuing therapy. I provide a safe space to best experience therapy in a way that allows for personal understanding, exploration and growth. This space is confidential and judgement-free. My goal is to ensure my clients feel supported, heard and advocated for during the time that they receive therapy.
I draw from a Client- Centered approach, I believe that the client is the expert in their own life experiences. My approach also includes different types of therapy that are used to be mindful to the individuals specific needs and goals for their time in therapy. I am here to make the transition into therapy as seamless, peaceful and positive as possible.
I have experience working with adults, adolescence and children. I will work with the individual to best manage, understand and work through their diagnosis and challenges. With such rapidly changing cultural conditions, I will help provide the peace and energy necessary for strong, healthy evolution.
