Finding Your Ase’ was founded in 2017 from the belief that healing is deeply personal and shaped by culture, relationships, and meaning. Through my work, I observed that many individuals desired therapeutic support that honored emotional health alongside cultural and spiritual values. This led me to develop an integrative approach informed by postmodern therapy and culturally grounded healing perspectives.
I am a graduate Marriage and Family Therapist practicing under supervision, and I bring together evidence-based therapy with a healer-informed, relational approach. I support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate grief, loss, anger, and emotional pain connected to life transitions and relational challenges.
