I am licensed in the state of Colorado. I have a background of working in community and public health, inpatient psychiatric hospital care and provided ministry sessions in a pastoral setting. I enjoy working with individuals within many areas of growth and have additional training as follows: Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level I (CCTP) and Level 2 (CCTP-II) Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Professional (C-DBT) I specialize in Personality Disorders Treatment and Management Trained on Integrating the Body into Psychotherapy I used to laugh about myself and say, “My story is worse than a bad soap opera!”
There were times in my own journey, that I felt I was on a rollercoaster that I could not get off. I am proud and thankful to have spent time in both chairs in the counseling office – as a client and as a therapist. I value transparency and the power a safe place can provide, as we work towards becoming our most authentic and healthy selves.
