About
I have worked in the counseling field for over 10 years now and continue to learn from every client I come in contact with. I see the therapeutic relationship as one that is unique, safe, and transformative. What I hope to pass on to clients is an environment where they feel comfortable enough to be where their "feet are" while also learning to better manage, and accept, the things that are uncomfortable in this life.
Being in the outpatient setting for 2 hospital systems, I have been able to work with a diverse set of clients with diverse challenges. I can offer you resources, coping skills, and an overall client-centered environment that addresses where you are.
Have you come to the end of yourself and are looking for some intentional, objective support and guidance? If so, you are welcome to contact me to see if the process/journey of counseling is something you would like me to partner in with you.
