It has been a privilege to work with a wide range of individuals, couples, families, and groups, including children, teens, and adults. When conceptualizing collaboratively with a client, I want to work towards identifying the core, underlying issue. Symptom management is important, but in conjunction with this, we will strive to find the roots of the presenting problem. In this way, we can empower you to be autonomous, empowered, and emboldened.
Ultimately, I want to meet individuals where they are, whether they are experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual compulsions or addictions, deep rooted trauma, spiritual pain, family of origin struggles, marriage instability, or whatever you are facing - together we can find solutions and see hope manifest.
Whether you have been in counseling before or it is your first time reaching out, this is a big step. It is also a hard and potentially scary thing to do. There is hope, though, and I will work to make this a comfortable and productive experience for you. Feel free to get in touch, and we can talk more about that next step in your healing and growing journey
