I specialize in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, queer and trans support, addiction, religious trauma, and relational healing. As well as supporting first responders and military veterans navigating PTSD, moral injury, and the challenges of reintegration. My work is trauma-informed and relational.
