I practice with a collective approach that is needs based. We will collaboratively address complex problems to achieve your personal therapy goals. I utilize an eclectic approach, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I believe in advocacy and the right to personal choice. If you don’t feel our therapeutic relationship fits, I will assist in referring you to another clinician.
