I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Southern California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work directly with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, and grief using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities to collaboratively reach client goals and reach a sense of equilibrium. I work collaboratively with adults who may be experiencing stress from current life transitions and find themselves struggling to cope.
Life transitions and stressors, whether anticipated or not, are especially complex and challenging at times and my approach as your therapist is to help guide process these stressors and develop solution focused strategies to manage and feel more centered.
My priority is the help individuals discover their inner strength through mindfulness techniques and identify thinking patterns and behaviors that impact overall mental well-being. My communication style is inviting, supportive, and direct. I want you to feel a sense of validation as I know how brave it is to start therapy.
