I am a Licensed Clinician Social Worker who has been in the therapy field since the start of 2023. Within this time I have worked mostly with adults who are living with a wide variety of diagnoses. Some of these include: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Adjustment Disorder, and many more. I am compassionate and dedicated to helping individuals work towards their personal growth and well-being.
Working towards long term goals can be stressful and overwhelming and I hope to provide the support and encouragement to get you there. I am currently working as therapist part time and take clients during week nights. I provide virtual sessions to clients ranging from early to late adulthood.
With my therapeutic approach of support and encouragement, I use active listening and collaboration to help you get toward your goals. Of course each client is different in their own ways and I individualize my approach for each client. I look forward to meeting new people and supporting them along their journey.
