Guided by humanistic principles, my therapeutic approach draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. As a registered yoga teacher, I offer to incorporate mind-body connection and mindfulness techniques where appropriate while encouraging clients to connect with their physical, mental, and emotional selves.
