Aisha believes therapy is an empowering tool for anyone who may be struggling to navigate through life’s challenges, adjusting to present adversity or processing unhealed trauma. Regardless of the struggle you may be facing, Aisha seeks to promote a non-judgemental and relatable approach to assisting others in establishing autonomy.
Aisha is passionate about blending EMDR therapy with a variety of counseling modalities, giving clients the tools necessary to succeed. Aisha works with individuals processing current, past or childhood trauma, divorce, college students, PTSD, anxiety, panic, domestic violence, sexual assault, emotional/psychological abuse, and any other life adjustments.
Aisha believes in providing empathy, compassion and a trusted rapport with her clients. She is relatable in a sense that she establishes a supportive environment with individuals from all backgrounds, ranging from adults, teens ages 16 and up, individuals working through childhood trauma, a variety of cultures and religious backgrounds.
