Why am I an anxious person?
This is a new online therapy group in development. If you are interested please contact me directly. This group will support you in your journey to spend less time actively engaging with your anxiety. Reduce time overthinking and overanalyzing your anxiety. Focus less on what makes you anxious. Learn how to manage symptoms effectively. This will be a 6 week group (6 sessions). Slots are limited.
