At times, everyone worries about situations in their life. At times, everyone has thoughts that keep them from completing daily tasks. At times, everyone feels sad, and they do not know why. At times, everyone has a problem that they need help to solve. If either of these scenarios apply to you, then I have the services to help you.
I have practiced five years of clinical therapy. I value developing an earnest client-therapist relationship with my clients, during the therapy sessions. I believe it is important for the client to feel understood and heard. I conduct my sessions using talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy.
