In my professional experience in direct client care I’ve learned that most people aren’t “too sensitive” or “too dramatic” , they’re carrying more than one nervous system can process. In therapy we make room to breathe, sort what’s urgent from what’s noisy, and practice changes small enough to live with between sessions so steadiness can return.
I help teens (13+) and adults steady anxiety, trauma echoes, grief, and the pull of people-pleasing. We quiet the body so the mind can think, then revise the story you carry and practice safer boundaries until they stick. My care is collaborative and culturally responsive, with room for single-parent realities and body diversity.
