My approach is attachment-focused, grounded in a psychodynamic and family systems understanding of how your past shapes your present. I integrate powerful mind-body techniques, (IFS), polyvagal theory, and somatic work, to help calm the nervous system and heal from the inside out. Mindfulness and self-compassion are foundational to our work together.
