My name is Aine (An-ya), and I primarily work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, relational conflict, shame, and low sense of self-worth. I enjoy working with people who are exhausted from maintaining perfectionism, over-extending, and who struggle to make time for themselves. My approach centers the client and the client’s needs. I offer compassionate attunement from a place of authenticity and humility.
I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and Phase 2, as well as Radically Open Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and I am exhilarated by witnessing individuals recover their autonomy through their own efforts and agency.
