I specialize in assessments and self-diagnosis consultations that are laid-back, collaborative, strengths-based & non-pathologizing, anti-racist/anti-oppressive/decolonizing of mental health, ​fat positive/weight neutral (HAES Informed), and disabled/chronic illness affirming.
I have lived experience as a queer, nonbinary, AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD), and disabled/chronically ill person, and I have worked with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples (primarily ones who are consensually non-monogamous) for over 10 years.
