I work with couples and individuals. I have experience working with veterans through their trauma (childhood abuse, Sexual trauma, combat trauma, etc.), couples with communication issues, and individuals with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Trauma treatment and relationship issues are my speciality and I help my clients by creating a safe place to express/explore their pain and the unique healing path for themselves. I use EMDR, IFS, CBT, Polyvagal theory and other methods to guide my clients through their healing.
