Hi, my name is Aimery. If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist who genuinely cares and wants to help you become the best version of yourself, you’re in the right place.
I like to incorporate movement, grounding techniques, and hands-on therapeutic approaches to help you feel safe, calm, and connected in the moment. Through my nine years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve learned that the foundation of real change comes down to two things: safety and relationship. When those are in place, meaningful progress can happen.
I’ve worked extensively with adults, teens, and children (and their parents). I currently work in an elementary school setting using a play therapy approach, while also supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and life transitions.
I am trained in EMDR and have seen firsthand how powerful and healing it can be in helping clients process trauma and move forward.
