I enjoy working with couples and adult individuals experiencing life changes, personal growth challenges, anxiety, depression, and relationship distress. Being human is hard. It’s messy, full of challenges, and uniquely complex. I believe we require less fixing and more honoring of exactly where we are in the moment to be a catalyst for growth and self-discovery.
