Hi, I’m a first-generation Mexican-American bilingual therapist (Hablo Español) offering compassionate, non-judgmental care for individuals ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I’m committed to supporting the Latinx community, LGBTQ+ individuals, teens, college students, young adults, eldest daughters, and señoras navigating life’s challenges. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, emotional struggles, relationship and family conflict, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and school stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted and stuck in old patterns.
