I will be supervising a LPCC Associate starting Fall 2023. + + Feeling overwhelmed or stuck? I can support you in the process of moving forward. Using present moment experience, we'll explore how you relate with yourself and others. In this way, you can learn to set boundaries, expand your emotional capacity, as well as give and receive love more deeply.
While holistic in my approach, my primary therapeutic modes are relational and somatic (mind and body unified). I counsel individual adults and couples in various areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health conditions, sexuality, personal growth, relationship issues, ADHD, and life transitions. I'm open to all forms of diversity.
My presence is personable, responsive, and playful. I encourage authentic expression, awareness, and embodiment. I have a Masters in Somatic Psychology, training in Hakomi (mindfulness-based therapy), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and a background in dance, yoga, and massage. I am Clinical Director at the Santa Cruz Neurofeedback Center.
