I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate the complexities of life, particularly when it comes to overcoming trauma or stressful life experiences. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which can be an additional tool to help you release emotions 'stuck' in your body or reframe negative thoughts following trauma.
I will support you to explore the impact of past experiences on your thoughts, feelings and relationships at a pace that is right for you. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State.
