My approach is structured and compassionate, helping you understand patterns, improve communication, and move forward with confidence.

I specialize in relationship issues, sex and intimacy, anxiety, and couples counseling. I also work with grief and loss, perfectionism, consensual non-monogamy (CNM), self-esteem, stress, and faith transitions. My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Gottman Method and Sensate Focus, to support deeper connection and long-term change.

After losing my first husband shortly after our marriage, I developed a deep understanding of grief and trauma. This experience allows me to connect with clients navigating loss and healing. I am also a Level Three Gottman-trained clinician, helping couples navigate conflict, rebuild connection, and manage transitions, including co-parenting.

We are holding space for anyone who would like support in processing and healing together. Free Support Group. Friday, September 19. 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. This is a non-political gathering—a safe place to share, listen, and connect with others who are also grieving and shaken. No one should have to carry this type of trauma on their own. Please share with others who may benefit.
