I was in an auto accident in which I lost my first husband shortly after we were married. I am a trauma survivor. I have personal experience & understanding of grief, loss, & trauma. I am a certified Rape Trauma Advocate. I am a Level Three Gottman Certified Clinician. I enjoy assisting couples navigate difficult transitions and coparenting.

I love what I do! I am successfully and happily divorced. My ex-husband and I co-parent like champions and have learned to navigate divorce waters with respect and kindness. I am grateful for opportunities to help clients commit to their healthy life choices. I feel honored to be part of this process.
