Hello, I'm Aimée! I have over 30 years of experience as a licensed professional clinical counselor & supervisor in numerous settings throughout Ohio. I enjoy helping those in middle school through adulthood to navigate the challenges life brings. I have experience working with those who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or are going through life transitions (school, college, divorce, death and more).
My personal counseling style is genuine, relaxed and conversational. I help my clients identify their needs, develop practical coping skills, and create new healthy habits they feel proud of. I utilize and integrate client-centered, interpersonal, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies in my sessions with my clients.
