I get it, life is hard. As a highly sensitive person myself, I believed for most of my life that there was something wrong with me - until I learned what a superpower high levels of empathy and sensitivity can be. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of strength to reach out for help when feelings of hopelessness seem to take over, and I also believe that emotional vulnerability is a difficult yet courageous act of self-love and self-compassion. Going to therapy is brave, and I want to acknowledge your first step towards healing: you are here, and I am so glad that you are.
My niche includes working with attachment across a wide spectrum - from those navigating wounded attachments that led to the development of BPD, to those navigating pregnancy and postpartum. As an HSP, I am also passionate about working with those who have this genetic predisposition.
Aside from being a therapist, I fully embody my role as an advocate. I passionately strive to reduce stigmas by cultivating empathy and advancing education, as well as affirming clients who have been deprived of nurture - a basic human need. My objective mission is to facilitate a transformative journey of empowerment by encouraging one's voice within.

Adult DBT Skills Group
*CURRENTLY ON A WAITLIST WHILE WE TRANSITION TO NEW LEADERS* Skills-focused psychoeducational group to help clients achieve a life worth living with specific skills training from each of the four foundational DBT modules: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. All group members wanting to join must be actively participating in individual therapy with a DBT or DBT-informed therapist throughout the extent of conjoint group participation.
