Perfectionism has been a double-edged sword, and you are ready to live fully. You have some unresolved traumas that are holding you back from living your life to the fullest. You may even have developed a auto-immune issue or a chronic illness as a result of your high stress and trauma. I aim to help you to overcome and work through your issues so you can get back to living and loving life.
I have worked with a variety of issues. I am a trauma-informed clinician/trainer specializing in working with trauma in creative ways to help change the negative self-talk, leaving behind the inner critic and being your best advocate. Groups
LPC Associate Group and Individual Supervision
I provide virtual individual and group supervision for LPC associates across Texas. Individual supervision is scheduled at a set time each week, and group supervision is offered virtually twice a month. All supervision is virtual, so it's easily accessible to you! I have helped several pre-licensure clinicians transition to full licensure. I will walk you through the application process and more.
