My passion has grown out of my experience in offering hope and help to clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. I help adult clients find and navigate their path in recovery as well support family members as they find ways to maintain connections in difficult situations. I have experience in guiding clients to find the motivation and courage to make changes over time that can create full lives. I believe that mindfulness creates a path to settle the mind and body and that a connection with nature nurtures the spirit.
I look forward to finding the ways my support can allow you to make changes with your addictive behaviors and struggles with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I can also offer support for grief, parenting, and navigating through life changes.
