I am passionate about helping clients find meaning and purpose in their everyday lives. I believe that when we face our fears and seek understanding, change happens. My hope is to meet my clients where they are while providing a safe space for clients to feel heard and understood. I want to help and support you through these difficult times. My hope is for you to reach your goals and be your most authentic self.
My prior experiences as a therapist include working with individuals, couples, and families. I’ve worked in private practice and agency settings that have given me the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. My areas of special clinical interest include mood disorders, anxiety, relationship distress, work and academic stress, and self worth issues.
I provide a calm and empathic presence that allows my clients to have those hard conversations they wouldn’t otherwise have with others. My goal is to work collaboratively with you by utilizing cognitive-behavioral, emotionally- focused, attachment based, and solution focused interventions to provide healthier coping skills and ultimate healing & confidence.
