I have practiced for over 32 years and provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My goal is to help people develop confidence to live more vitally and to limit symptoms of depression, anxiety, insecurity, grief, and fears that may happen due to stress, work, loss or relationship changes. I value strong attachments, and strive to help you reach a more fulfilling sense of yourself and life. I am also an SEP providing Somatic Experiencing for Healing Trauma, developed by Dr. Peter Levine and use a body/ sensory- motor oriented practice to help people work toward self regulation, mindfulness and well being.

As an SEP I work with both situational and developmental trauma which can create symptoms that interfere with self regulation, daily functioning, vitality and a sense of well being. Symptoms may arise from sexual, physical or psychological abuse; domestic violence; car or natural accidents; or medical procedures and traumas that feel intrusive.

I strive to provide a warm, safe and pleasing environment conducive to healing. I engage fully. I welcome and respect a diversity of clients regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age or religious affiliation. I know that helping people restore a calm, natural confidence in their bodies and their lives is essential to vital living.
