I have been practicing for 38 years . My desire is to help you live vitally and authentically to maintain a deeper sense of self and connection to others, and to live your life purposefully. Understanding symptoms like depression, anxiety and fears is a core part of the work; transforming them into agency, self mastery and compassion is the purpose. I work with adult relationship issues- sexuality/divorce/trust/; career and educational crossroads and decisions; health and medical issues that impinge a sense of stability and safety; help with aging parents or ill family members. Creating safety as your explore is my goal.
As an SEP I work with situational and developmental traumas that interfere with self regulation, daily functioning and well being. Symptoms from sexual, physical, psychological abuse; car or natural accidents; as well medical procedures can create these. Creating balance and safety is the goal. SE was created by Dr. Peter Levine. Please view my website.
I strive to provide a warm, safe and pleasing environment conducive to healing. I engage fully. I welcome and respect a diversity of clients regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age or religious affiliation. Restoring calm, natural confidence in ourselves is essential to vital, healthy living. I help you gain that presence with empathy.
