Many of my clients struggle to manage daily life tasks at home and/or work; they procrastinate, lack follow through, can't finish assignments on time, fail to meet personal and/or professional goals, ruminate over poor choice behaviors or compulsions, and beat themselves up over these challenges.

Together we will use diagnostic measures for clarity as well as therapeutic techniques from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT).
My clients find me genuine and down to earth, even a tad bit funny and witty, kind and a good listener. I like to challenge my clients with their thinking patterns and behaviors. Together we will develop goals and work on achieving them. I also provide assessments for ADHD and other co-occurring disorders.
