I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with a wide range of individuals, that are seeking help creating and achieving their personal goals. I draw upon different perspectives, in order to create a customized approach to therapy for every client I have. I have experience working in community-based settings with diverse populations including adolescents, veterans, parents and many other individuals of different races, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds.
As a therapist, I use an integrated approach with emphasis on (but not limited to) strength-based, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral theories and techniques. I view therapy as a team approach, to make sense of the past, create change for the future, set goals and build skills to enhance your quality of life.
Sometimes we need help navigating and managing life’s many changes and challenges, especially in a healthy way. I genuinely and wholeheartedly believe in the therapeutic process.
