If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or simply “not yourself,” you’re in the right place. Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change, exhausted by stress, or disconnected from parts of themselves. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening internally, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and genuinely aligned with who you are. Sometimes this means processing past traumas, and other times, it means setting goals for the future.
My style is warm, collaborative, and caring. I blend evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach that considers your emotional world, your relationships, and the environment around you. For those interested, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy and nature therapy -informed approaches,
I support adults who want to feel better, understand themselves more deeply, and create real change—even if they’re not sure where to start. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or returning after some time away, we’ll work together in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and centered on you.
