I specialize in working with athletes facing mental health challenges, sports performance blocks, and identity struggles. Using Brainspotting and a neuroscience-informed approach, I help clients overcome anxiety, stress, recover from injuries, and self-defeating patterns so they can perform at their best—on and off the field or stage.
I specialize in accessing the deeper parts of the brain where emotional and performance-related blocks are stored—often beyond the reach of traditional talk therapy. This is especially effective for athletes who feel “stuck” despite hard work and commitment.
